Shipping Terms :

Unless we are unable to fulfill the order due to backorders or shortage of an item, all orders are shipped out within two business days. Any order placed on the weekend and/or on a holiday will be shipped out the next following business day.

Back Orders : In the event that your order can not be fulfilled, we will notify you via e-mail within 24 - 48 hours with the current order status and available options. Warranties and Liability : In all circumstances, liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We will provide a full refund or replacement if the product is defective upon arrival and is subject to inspection by the shipping company. All products are inspected prior to shipping and the decision on returns of defective products is contingent upon the decision of whether damage occured during the shipping process. Returns (RMA) : If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it back to us for a refund less a 15% restocking fee and shipping and handling. You must contact us within 7 days of the invoice date to process the return. Items must be returned in original packaging and in a salable condition. All shipping charges are the responsibilty of the customer and an appropriate carrier must be used. Tax : All residents in the state of New York will be charged 7% sales tax.
